Aspen Real-Time Statistical Process Control Analyzer is
a performance management tool for continuous and batch operations
that provides capabilities for SPC monitoring, analysis, and
alarming of operating data. All of the display features are
integrated with Aspen
Process Explorer™. Aspen Real-Time Statistical
Process Control Analyzer is a core element of
AspenTech’s aspenONE® Production Management and
Execution applications.
Aspen Real-time Statistical Process Control Analyzer is included
with Aspen InfoPlus.21

- Display of pre-configured charts based on user-defined data
records
- Generation of ad hoc charts based on default values
- Automatic generation of real-time alarms; values are validated
against the enabled alarms and for any given variable or attribute
data, a subset of user-defined alarms may be enabled
- Configuration of background processes to form subgroups, test
for alarm conditions, and recalculate process control limits and
SPC values as process data is collected
- User-defined control chart alarm rules with capability to
display and summarize alarms, summarize alarm rules, and
disable/enable alarms

- SPC charts (XBar/R, XBar/R, range, standard deviation, EWMA,
